We are always interested in hearing from experienced material handling installers as well as those with steel construction experience who are motivated to learn the material handling installation industry. Our customers are located throughout the United States; therefore, the ability for material handling installers and supervisors to travel extensively is a requirement.

In addition to paying competitive wages, we provide per diems and mileage expense / travel pay. Our supervisors receive company vehicles, cell phones, laptop computers, and travel privledges. All employees are encouraged to develop the skills, knowledge, work ethic and responsibility to become a team leader in a supervisor's role.

We are excited to announce internship positions available for students who are currently enrolled in state accredited college with a focus in CAD, Construction Management, or Engineering disciplines. Our intern positions are flexible part-time positions (20 hours per week) with the opportunity to learn and apply skills in in a real world environment from the business perspective of a specialty subcontractor.

  • Project manager

      Description: Description: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects across the nation according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Managing project teams and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles are central to this position. Construction and CAD experience a plus but not required.

  • Installer / Welder

      Description: This position requires the ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.

      Applicant must be in good physical shape. Applicant is responsible for raising, uniting, and anchoring iron and steel frames, beams, girders, joists, columns, decks, and other structural members to form completed racking, shelving, and mezzanine structures, and frameworks. This position requires all applicants be able to perform physical activities which require lifting, climbing, balancing, walking, and stooping with heavy materials.

      This position is open to all applicants who have experience in material handling or steel construction installation

      Minimum Skills:

    • Requirements:

    • Ability to pass a welding test
    • Welding certification is strongly preferred
    • Two or more years welding experience strongly preferred

  • Installer / CDL Licensed Driver

      Description: This position requires the ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.

      Applicant must be in good physical shape.       Description: This position requires the ability to travel all throughout the United States.

      Applicant must be in good physical shape. Supervisors are responsible for raising, uniting, and anchoring iron and steel frames, beams, girders, joists, columns, decks, and other structural members to form completed racking, shelving, and mezzanine structures, and frameworks. This position requires all applicants be able to perform physical activities which require lifting, climbing, balancing, walking, and stooping with heavy materials.

      This position is open to all applicants who:

    • have a minimum of 3 years experience in material handling or steel construction installation
    • have a minimum of 1 year experience supervising, managing, and directing a crew of up to 5 employees
    • Minimum Skills:

    • supervise, manage, and direct a crew
    • understand safety, operating, and maintenance instructions

      All lodging and hotel expenses are provided where each Supervisor has own room. Vacation accrued after one year.

  • AutoCad Technician - Intern

      Description:

    • Major Construction Area of the Company: Materials Handling / Division 10 Specialties Subcontracting Company.
    • Intership: Part time position (20 hours per week) working in AutoCad and assisting in the design specifications as well as learning the construction industry from the subcontractor's perspective. Training will include applying AutoCad skills in a real world environment from the business perspective of a specialty subcontractor.

    • Job Duration: Starting immediately thru student's graduation with possible full time position upon graduation.
    • Pay: Range from $12.50 to $14.00 per hour depending on experience and performance.

      Description:
